1. Overview & Commitment to Privacy

IPTV Player ("we", "our", or "the App") is developed as a client-side media player software tool. We strongly respect and value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding user data and clarifies that we do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal data.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

IPTV Player does not collect any of the following:

• No Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not ask for or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
• No Browsing / Viewing History: We do not log, track, or monitor which streams, playlists, or channels you play. Stream URLs and playback states remain strictly on your local device storage.
• No Location Data: We do not request or track GPS or precise location data.
• No Financial / Payment Data: No payment details are collected or processed by our servers.
• No Advertising Identifiers: We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or IDFA tracking without consent.

3. Local Device Storage (AsyncStorage & Cache)

IPTV Player stores certain configuration preferences locally on your iOS device via Apple's native storage mechanisms (such as NSUserDefaults / AsyncStorage). This includes:

• Your preference for hardware acceleration and low-latency streaming.
• Your cellular data saver preference.
• Your saved custom playlist or stream URLs for instant playback recall.
• Acknowledgment of the first-launch onboarding guide.

All locally stored data remains entirely on your device and is never transmitted to external servers. You can clear this data at any time via the in-app Settings → Clear Web Cache & Storage option.

4. Third-Party Streams & Content

When you input an external HLS (.m3u8) or MP4 stream URL, your device connects directly to that third-party streaming server to buffer and decode video. Any data transmitted during playback occurs directly between your device and the third-party stream host, subject to their respective privacy policies.

5. Advertising & Third-Party Ad Networks (Google AdMob)

To support ongoing software maintenance, IPTV Player may display non-intrusive contextual banner, interstitial, or native advertisements provided by certified ad partners such as Google AdMob.

Our authorized digital advertising inventory is verified in accordance with the IAB Tech Lab app-ads.txt specification (Publisher ID: pub-7514554010928750).

Third-party ad networks may serve contextual or non-personalized ads. If personalized advertising is requested, it will strictly require your explicit permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. You may opt-out or adjust advertising privacy settings anytime in your iOS device settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

6. Security of Your Data

Because all stream processing occurs client-side and no personal information is stored on our servers, your viewing data is protected by the native security architecture of Apple iOS (sandboxing, secure enclave, and encrypted local storage).

7. Children's Privacy

IPTV Player does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13. The software complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
